We are happy to announce a new feature that will simplify how you organize and facilitate your Workshops and Quizzes: The Event.

Thanks to the Event feature you can now regroup several Workshops and Quizzes in one space. Participants will be able to join all the Stormz activities of an Event with one single access code.

As a facilitator, you can easily modify the flow of the activities and adapt the session to any change. You can also:

  • Add new Workshops or Quizzes on the fly
  • Reorder the stormz (the activities) to match your schedule
  • Hide past or future stormz to the participants
  • Brand your page with a background image

As usual, you can expect more features to come. introducing the event Here is a couple of use-cases to the Event:

  • Regroup all the stormz of an onsite or online session (the next Stormz Box release will include it)
  • Create a dedicated Event for your team and create new stormz as the need arise
