October 19th will mark the beginning of the IAF Facilitation Week. So you can be a part of it, we specifically designed a free online workshop for you to discuss, share your ideas and playfully interact with us.
What are we going to do, exactly?
We will ideate, diverge, debate, improve, converge and find solutions to this question:
If you had a magic wand, what would you do to help facilitators from all around the world? What could you do to help them change the world, reach their goals, improve their methods, convince their customers, gain more recognition, expand the use of facilitation techniques... In other words: what would you do to make facilitation spread to the entire world?
Why are we doing this?
At Stormz, we believe that facilitating everything is possible. We also believe that facilitation everywhere would make the world a better place. That's right! With this Stormz-Worldwide-Online-Workshop (#StormzWOW), we wish to share with IAF your inputs and ideas on how to promote, worldwide, the use of facilitation and the skills of its practitioners.
So, from October 19th to 25th, let’s share and discuss about these topics. This will be an outstanding collaborative work that we will do together! The output will be sent back to the community at the end of the week.
How are we going to achieve this?
We designed a simple 3-step synchronous online workshop. It will take you only a few minutes every day.
- Step 1: write-down your ideas and enrich your peers’ inputs (3 days)
- Step 2: cast your vote for your favorite ideas (1 day)
- Step 3: fully commit to one of them (1 day, optional)
