Our AI features are provided as beta features. Beta Services are offered “as-is” to allow testing and evaluation.
We are using OpenAI's APIs. In a nutshell, OpenAI will not use data submitted via their API to train or improve their models and any data sent through the API will be retained for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted (unless otherwise required by law).
In any case, please read their TOS before using AI features for real-life workshops.
Unlimited sessions means that during the 30-day period, you can run as many sessions (workshops, quizzes or events) as you want, as long as you adhere to the maximum number of participants per session.
Yes, you can use the Pro plan to run workshops or quizzes with different groups of participants on different days. There is no limit on the number of workshops you can run, as long as each workshop has no more than 50 participants.
For example, you can use the Pro plan to run a workshop with 50 participants from one company one day, and another workshop with 50 participants from another company on a different day. The participants can be different each time, as long as you don't exceed the maximum of 50 per workshop.
The same can be done with the Starter (max 10) and ProXL (max 200) plan.
The new plan will take effect immediately and your previous plan will be cancelled. Sorry, we don't offer refunds – but if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us for assistance, we will always be there for you.
Nope sorry, we do not offer refunds for Stormz. The price for 30 days has been designed to be affordable even if you only need to use it for one day.
