When switching from a free plan to a paid plan, you'll need to provide the following billing information:

  • Credit card information (Note: this information is not stored by Stormz but by Stripe, our payment provider)
  • Billing address and contact information
  • VAT number (for EU business customers only)

Update your billing information

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Open the account menu in the top right corner of your screen. The account menu
  3. Select Settings to open your account settings.
  4. In the left sidebar, choose the Plan section. An overview of the current plan
  5. Click Update billing. An overview of the current plan
  6. Enter your credit card information, billing information, and VAT number (for EU business customers only).
  7. Click Update.
