When switching from a free plan to a paid plan, you'll need to provide the following billing information:
- Credit card information (Note: this information is not stored by Stormz but by Stripe, our payment provider)
- Billing address and contact information
- VAT number (for EU business customers only)
Update your billing information
- Log in to your dashboard
- Open the account menu in the top right corner of your screen.
- Select Settings to open your account settings.
- In the left sidebar, choose the Plan section.
- Click Update billing.
- Enter your credit card information, billing information, and VAT number (for EU business customers only).
- Click Update.
