After a workshop is finished, you can archive it.

Archiving a workshop make it read-only. When it is archived, you can only :

  • export the data
  • make a copy of the workshop
  • delete the workshop
  • un-archive the workshop

Important: if the workshop is in an event, you need to archive the event from the event sidebar.

Archive a workshop:

  1. Open the settings sidebar,
  2. If necessary, scroll down to find the Archive section,
  3. Click on the Archive button

Automatically archive

For security reasons, we automatically archive the activity after 7 days of inactivity - this option is enabled by default. By inactivity we mean that nobody has contributed to your workshop nor you have made any change to it. You can disable this option if needed.
